Privacy and photos

How we handle your data — including photos you upload — is described in our privacy policy. The short version: we keep as little as possible.

Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds

On iOS, purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple. To restore previous purchases, use the restore option inside the app. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled anytime in your device settings under Apple ID → Subscriptions. For refunds, use Apple's report a problem page.

Deleting your data

In our iOS apps, your content lives on your device — deleting the app deletes it. If you've used features that store anything with us and want it removed, email info@dyan.ai from the address you used and we'll take care of it.

Something isn't working

Email info@dyan.ai with the product name, your device model and OS version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help.
